There are hundreds of fascinating facts about how and why we think like we do, but if you remember just one fact remember this:

Your subsconcious doesn’t understand negatives

Every time you think something negative; for example, “I hope I don’t mess up that interview”, your subconcious only hears “mess up that interview”.  It’s true.  

And as you start being aware of your thoughts, you’ll learn that negative thoughts lead, inevitably, to negative results.

So here’s to positive thoughts.  Think about what is worrying you today, and turn the thought in to a positive; “I’m going to do my best in that interview”. 

Turn your mind around.
